Once you place an order via our websites www.learno.co.uk, you indicate acceptance of these Terms and commit to a legally binding contract with Learno. After purchasing, e-learn/web learn courses will be immediately available to you. For live courses, your session with the instructor will be confirmed via email. We strive to ensure live courses are conducted as scheduled, but they are subject to third-party availability and may be cancelled if a suitable instructor is unavailable. If any course is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. All courses purchased are non-refundable. For courses costing over £200, we may require students to provide ID matching their payment card details. We reserve the right to adjust our prices at any time.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by distributed denial-of-service attacks, viruses, or other harmful materials that may infect your computer or data.
